WHY SHOULD I PRE-ORDER?
Preorders are particularly important for limited release items, as sometimes we may presell out of an item, so preordering will be the only way to ensure you can buy that piece.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR PRE ORDERS
After your order has been placed, it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible! We highly recommend you please carefully select your pre order, as once the order has been made your order is non-refundable. If however you accidentally made a mistake, and changed your mind on your pre-order, you have a 3 day grace period to change your mind.

Mr Collectable will have your order packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner, all orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of your order but in most cases will be dispatched the same day if possible.

Occasionally, due to circumstances outside Mr Collectable control, delivery delays may occur.
